Function create_phone_number

pub fn create_phone_number(numbers: &[u8]) -> String

Write a function that accepts an array of 10 integers (between 0 and 9), that returns a string of those numbers in the form of a phone number.

Example

create_phone_number(&[1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 0]);
returns “(123) 456-7890”
